Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Stock Audit within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
  • You have not previously received a refund from Stock Audit
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • You have not exceeded the usage limits significantly (abuse prevention)

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. The 14-day money-back guarantee only applies to new subscriptions or upgrades to a higher tier plan. Please ensure you want to continue your subscription before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@stockaudit.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
  4. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that significantly impacted your ability to use the Service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service downtime exceeding our Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the affected period.

7. Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time on your current plan.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remainder of that billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
  • You can export your data at any time before the deletion date

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time setup fees or customization charges
  • Additional services purchased outside of the subscription
  • Training or consulting services already rendered
  • Third-party integrations or add-ons
